"Binling Wu", a Chinese investor and suspect in the China Railway Company's nominee case, the incident of the State Audit Office building collapsing, surrendered to the "DSI" after evading the court's arrest warrant for 1 month. He claimed that he was unaware that an arrest warrant was issued. He denied all charges and requested to clarify to the prosecutor within 30 days.
Today (12 June 2015), the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) has investigated a special case in the offense under the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 or the nominee case in the case of China Railway Number 10 (Thailand) Co., Ltd. becoming a joint venture ITD-CREC, a contracting party for the construction of a new Office of the Auditor General (OAG) building.
